The prophecy haunts General Lycomedes on his march to war, while its visions slowly kill the Oracle Kassandra. Bound by a connection that defies distance and reason, Kassandra must make an impossible choice: remain a holy prisoner or defy her god to save the man she cannot bear to lose.
